This role is responsible for monitoring and analysing regulatory developments across EMEA relating to MiFIR/MiFID II, assessing business impacts, and translating regulatory change into detailed business and technical requirements. The successful candidate will work across Compliance, Operations, Technology and Front Office teams to deliver regulatory change, maintain compliance, reduce risk and improve operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Analyse and interpret regulatory changes impacting trade and transaction reporting obligations across EMEA. Partner with subject matter experts and technology teams to define and implement regulatory change requirements. Produce impact assessments, traceability matrices and technical requirements to support compliance and risk reduction. Candidate Requirements Strong knowledge of trade and transaction reporting regulations (MiFIR/MiFID II) Experience participating in regulatory change initiatives, transformation programmes or systems projects. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business, compliance and technology functions. The anticipated salary range for this role is Β£74,000-Β£112,000 , with the final offer determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, role scope, location, and relevant market factors.
