BAFTA albert Training and Education Manager, circa £40,000

Our opportunity:

Every year, BAFTA albert provides training to over 3,000 screen industry professionals and works with 50 universities and higher education institutions to embed sustainability in their curriculum. Demand for essential sustainability skills continues to grow year on year, and as we look to increase the depth and breadth of learning across the industry, we are looking for a Training & Education Manager to help us scale our training. As Training & Education Manager, you will implement strategies for people to effectively engage with our Academy, and work with partners and 3 rd parties to develop impactful accredited training for learners globally. Working with our small team, you\'ll manage the delivery of learning programmes, monitoring and evaluation, and continual improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with training and education expertise and wants to make a tangible difference in tackling climate change through the screen industries.
