Business Development Manager, Event Sales (195 Piccadilly)
Location: 3 days a week in Soho, London Office
Contract: Part Time
£40,340 per annum gross at 3 days a week (inclusive of a financial award & service charge)

Our opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our venues sales team on a three-day-per-week basis. Reporting to the Head of Venue Sales, you will be responsible for generating new business, securing high-value corporate event bookings and driving revenue growth through proactive sales activity.
You'll be a confident and commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business, building lasting client relationships and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Working closely with the wider sales, planning and operations teams, you'll help strengthen BAFTA 195 Piccadilly's position as one of London's leading event venues.

Who you are?
- Detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A tenacious team player used to working in a fast paced environment
- An excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Quick to absorb, process and retain large amounts of information
- A natural salesperson with first class negotiation and presentation abilities
- You'll have thorough knowledge of the hospitality/ events industry, including current trends, competitors and best practices
