Our opportunity
We are looking for an Breakfast Chef de Partie toensure the smooth running of the breakfast section and service and to see that all areas of that section in the kitchen maintain the 195 Piccadilly’s standards. To act as the Sous Chef’s assistant, and assume responsibility for their absence. To cook any food consistently on a daily basis according to business requirements.

Who you are?
- NVQ 2 kitchen or similar qualifications
- Or apprenticeship as chef followed by position as junior cook for at least 3 years in various sections of the kitchen
- Level 2 food safety
- Strong knowledge of breakfast foods, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Proven experience as a breakfast chef, line cook, or similar kitchen role.
