Requirements

Qualifications Essential

  • Relevant coaching qualification in Padel, Tennis or another participation sport.
  • Good standard of IT literacy.

Desirable

  • First Aid qualification.
  • Safeguarding qualification.

Experience Essential

  • Experience coaching individuals and groups.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience working within a team environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within padel, racket sport, leisure or hospitality.
  • Experience coaching individuals or teams including Children.
  • Experience supporting participating programmes and events
  • Knowledge & Skills Essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for coaching and player development
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
