Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to uphold the highest standards of health & safety and quality across all projects.
- Oversee project financials, including budget management and invoice approvals.
- Lead EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) activities and deliverables, chair regular project meetings, and ensure timely distribution of minutes and action points.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with multiple stakeholders regarding project requirements and objectives.
- Manage contractual commitments and ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of best practices, valuation methodologies, knowledge management systems, and internal tools and templates.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering solar PV and energy storage projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated experience managing grid-connected solar projects, particularly during the construction phase.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting, with a high level of self-motivation, while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
