We are a fast-growing SaaS company in the feedback sector, focused on scaling within the Mid-Market. We are looking for a commercially driven Growth Marketer to help us consistently generate over 120 qualified demos per month for our enterprise plan.
About The Role
This is a hands-on, full-funnel role focused on paid search, paid social, and remarketing. You will plan and execute data-led campaigns, test and optimise performance across all stages of the funnel, and take ownership of driving high-quality leads that convert into revenue. You will also play a critical role in campaign tracking, reporting and attribution, ensuring we make informed, ROI-positive decisions at every stage. You will report into the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product and Design teams to deliver on Go-to-market campaigns to drive new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies focused on demand generation and demo bookings.
- Own and manage paid media channels including Google, Bing and LinkedIn Ads with a strong focus on ROI.
- Lead on advertising creation, audience targeting and campaign execution, with support from Product and Design where needed.
- Set up and manage remarketing strategies to increase conversion rates and brand visibility.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across ads and landing pages to optimise performance.
- Track lead quality and work closely with Sales to ensure marketing-sourced leads are converting into sales-qualified opportunities and closed revenue.
- Use data to analyse performance, optimise campaigns, manage budgets and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Build dashboards and performance reports to share campaign insights and decision-making across the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, campaign timing and target segments.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
- Deep understanding of lead generation funnels and how to optimise conversion rates at each stage.
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Bing.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to ensure proper tracking and attribution.
- Experience setting up, managing and debugging campaign tracking, conversion goals and performance tagging.
- Familiarity with HubSpot campaign management, tracking, and events.
- Ability to design, run and interpret A/B tests and landing page experiments.
- Comfortable briefing and reviewing creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify and pursue growth opportunities, while managing competing priorities effectively.
- Able to clearly share ideas in written and verbal form, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverables.
Knowledge and Tools:
- Experience building reports and performance dashboards.
- Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Bing Ads Manager.
- Google Analytics (GA4).
- Google Tag Manager (essential).
- HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (campaign tracking, automation and events).
- A/B testing platforms (e.g. Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).
Additional Skills We Would Love To See:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable success in running ROI-positive paid campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, lead quality metrics and CAC.
- Equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, or Communications is welcomed in place of a formal degree.
What Success Looks Like:
- Help us consistently generate a strong volume of qualified demos (e.g., 100+ per month), while continually improving conversion and efficiency.
- Generating marketing-sourced pipeline that converts into new revenue.
- Improving cost per acquisition while scaling efforts.
- Establishing a high-performing, repeatable and scalable growth engine.
The ideal candidate will have start-up experience, preferably with a background in tech/SaaS.
Salary: £50k to £60k depending on experience.
This is a remote role; however, you may be required to attend team meetings occasionally. You must have a suitable space to work from at home and a reliable internet connection.
