Engineering/Electronics Technician | Hertfordshire | Contract Inside IR35 We are looking to hire a skilled Electronics Technician with strong experience and enthusiasm for product development to join an expanding technical R D team.
The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a group of experienced professionals on a wide variety of innovative and technically demanding projects.

Key Skills and
Experience: A practical, hands-on technician with strong soldering ability, including experience working with very fine components and carrying out manual rework on printed circuit boards.
Experience operating within a development-focused environment rather than production, building prototype circuits, implementing design changes, and working from high-level or informal specifications.
Strong organisational skills, with responsibility for maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring an efficient workspace.
Familiarity with electronic design software to review PCB designs, with the potential to progress into component creation and the layout of test or prototype boards.
