Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a support specialist to support their customers and contribute to service excellence as the primary point of contact for their clients' Emergency Response Solution.
This role has a major emphasis on training, train the trainer, but also potentially providing 1st line support. You will be the superuser and own the sharing of knowledge to clients/end users.
Some of the Key Responsibilities:
- Act as key interface between customers, technical teams, and product team providing Functional Support & Incident Management.
- Design and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site).
- Adapt training content to different user profiles.
- Produce user guides and procedures.
- Analyse and qualify functional incidents.
- Identify root cause.
