Some of the Key Responsibilities Act as key interface between customers, technical teams, and product team providing Functional Support & Incident Management Design and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site) Adapt training content to different user profiles Produce user guides and procedures Analyse and qualify functional incidents Identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions Support users in resolving issues Assist users in configuring the solution to their specific needs Identify recurring issues Propose product and process improvements What Youll Need: Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Strong Training and documentation skills Analytical and structured mindset Autonomous with strong team spirit Organised with good prioritisation skills Curious and interested in technology Experience in a critical operational environment ideally Experience with Emergency Response or operational management systems is a plus SQL knowledge is a plus (or willing to learn) Good knowledge of Windows environments (or willing to learn) What Youll Get: Our clients provides a competitive benefits package, together with the opportunities for professional development and continuous training/development.
