Part-time, onsite in Ware, Hertfordshire, 9-month contract.
Our client requires a reliable/experienced Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to start as soon as possible, on site in Ware. Working approximately 4 hours a day, but may be negotiable.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be liaising with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts.
- Communicating with CBRE regularly via email and phone.
- Conducting checks onsite of issues.
- Arranging collection of large volumes of waste.
- May be some heavy lifting required.
Skills and experience you’ll have:
- Previous maintenance/facilities administration.
- Building maintenance experience.
- MS experience, experience of using Google suite an advantage.
