Job Description

Senior Pay Reward Manager (Data Analyst) hybrid London, Bristol or Manchester

Rate 500-525 pd Inside IR35

BPSS, SC would be nice but not essential

Duration 6 months, starting ASAP

Interviews: TBC, likely w/c 28th

Pay and Reward Manager, Hybrid working – London/Manchester or Bristol site- 2 days a week onsite working

Deadline: Wednesday 23rd

Experience of focusing on pay and reward schemes for large scale employees (,000) within multi-disciplined departments (civil service, data and digital, IT)

Essential SKills

Reward and pay experience at least 2 or more organisations

b.Government experience would but helpful but not essential if the right candidate does not have it

c.At least intermediate excel skills (and other Microsoft applications)

d.Written and oral communication skills, a lot of engaging with external orgs and other gov departments and this is a more focused on chasing and following up on details and activities, providing information and analysis over 'selling something', not necessarily there to change things, more implementation rather than creation

e.The team the candidate works for is the head of the gov digital and data profession so not central HR.

f.Stakeholder management skills

This is data analysis with a large excel spreadsheet.

?The focus will be on implementing the Pay and Reward system and drive the change, not doing the creating.

?Government experience helpful but not essential, but focus on large scale pay and reward schemes.

?Excel skills essential (as they use Google sheets at the moment, but migrating to Excel).
