Public Health Engineer, PE Design Engineer with capital works, heritage, or transport/rail experience is required to work on a high profile project of national interest in London To work 3 days a week Hybrid working Paying c.£400-£600 a day (umbrella company) As the Public Health Engineer you will lead the technical assurance and review of Public Health Engineering designs across the clients programme. Acting as an informed client, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary technical team to independently assess consultant-produced designs to ensure compliance with programme requirements, statutory obligations, applicable standards and heritage constraints. The role will provide clear technical challenge, timely advice and practical recommendations within a fast-paced programme environment. Essential Degree in Public Health Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline. Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional accreditation. Experienced in Public Health building services design in the context of complex building projects. Sound knowledge of UK regulations, standards and industry best practice.
