Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst/Specialist

Contract: 8 months

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on site (Oxford area)

Rate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)

Clearance: Must be eligible for SC clearance

We're looking for an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst/Specialist to join a key programme focused on strengthening identity governance, access controls, and life cycle automation across a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working across technical IAM implementations while engaging with security and wider IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Identity Governance Administration (IGA) platforms
  • Integrate IGA solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and related Microsoft security services
  • Connect and manage authoritative identity sources (e.g. HR systems)
  • Design and automate Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) life cycle processes
  • Support and refine RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) models
  • Contribute to authentication and authorisation design using modern protocols
  • Ensure IAM solutions align with security best practice and recognised frameworks
  • Troubleshoot access, identity, and provisioning issues across platforms
