Hybrid - 1 day a week onsite working (London/Manchester or Bristol). Starting October for 7 months. Active transferable SC is required.

KEY SKILLS:
- Experience being a Senior User Researcher across a large, complicated environment, having worked across multiple teams/departments.
- Able to evidence that they have personally run projects using a range of User Research methods/techniques and championed them up to a very senior level.
- Candidates must have undertaken research with a community of specialist users that have complex needs, within a Government or public sector environment.
Desirable:
- Experience setting up and championing a user research function in a prior role.
- Experience with Government Cyber business needs or Cyber Services product development.
- Candidates who have prior knowledge of Government Cyber business needs or have worked within Cyber Services product development before will stand out.
