SmartSourcing are looking for an organised and proactive Contingent Workforce Manager to support the end to end contingent workforce life cycle within a busy and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for contingent workforce queries, timesheets, onboarding, offboarding and security clearances.
- Manage team inboxes and stakeholder communications.
- Upload and manage requirements through Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Support IR35 assessments and onboarding processes.
- Maintain workforce databases and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers and MSP partners.
- Support continuous improvement projects across the workforce function.
Skills Experience:
- Experience within contingent workforce management, MSP/RPO, recruitment operations, procurement or outsourcing environments.
- Strong administration, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and VMS platforms (please highlight VMS experience on your CV).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
- Public sector or government experience.
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
