Our client is looking for a Contingent Workforce Officer at Higher Executive level for 7 months to work on a flexible 1-2 days hybrid basis at either London, Manchester or Bristol. You will be BPSS SC eligible.

To support the management of operational activities in the Contingent Workforce Programme Office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services and achievement of programme objectives. This will include inbox management and management of SharePoint.

Experience required:

  • Have experience in working in an internal contingent labour service within a large, complex organisation that operates with a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a proven track record of managing processes and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments and levels.
  • Have working level knowledge of workforce management and planning best practices, preferably for the contingent workforce specifically.
  • Have a working level understanding of the IR35 and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) to ensure compliance for all contingent labour engagements.
  • Have working level knowledge and understand contingent labour supply chains and vendor models.
  • Are proficient in using vendor management systems (VMS) and other associate contingent workforce technology.
  • Have strong customer service skills with experience of business partnering and strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to push back and challenge when necessary.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work at pace with a high attention to detail.
  • Are experienced in using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
