Hybrid 1 to 2 days per week in the office

Rate 650 pd Inside IR35/Umbrella

Role Details:

The Insight Planner plays a critical role in ensuring that research, analysis and data are used to inform decision making across the directorate, to increase knowledge of our users' behaviour, motivations and context for all colleagues but especially SLT, and to communicate all of this in clear, engaging, narrative driven ways.

The post holder will synthesise evidence from multiple sources: including quantitative data, qualitative research, evaluation, behavioural data and external insight into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions.

They will work closely with the Lead User Researcher in the team to focus their effort on priority pieces. A key part of this role is also to upskill, coach and enable other colleagues in the Insight.
