About the role: You will be responsible for engaging businesses operating car and van fleets, identifying opportunities where their technology delivers clear value, and securing meetings that lead to product demonstrations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call warm/hot leads and book qualified meetings to demonstrate the technology.
- Generate high-quality leads by researching sectors where you’ve made meetings and book qualified meetings to demonstrate their technology.
- Hit activity targets and KPIs with a focus on consistently achieving “Meetings Booked & Attended” goals.
- Make sure every interaction is professional, positive, and leaves prospects with a great impression.
- Keep Salesforce fully updated with all calls, emails, and meeting outcomes so the team always has accurate information.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to answer questions and ensure prospects clearly understand our product and service.
- Share useful feedback and themes from conversations to help improve team performance and prospect engagement.
- Provide weekly updates on your activity and results to support team progress and celebrate successes.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated with a proactive, “hunter” mentality.
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner and the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation, with proven resilience and drive to hit targets.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
