In this role you will design and execute data-driven enablement and readiness programs for the EMEA region to transform customer engagement, sales messaging, and tools. You will collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to drive measurable business impact and behavioural change. You’ll shape the GTM Enablement strategy, align with regional leadership, and deliver content and training that scales with the business. This is a service-focused, cross-functional role that connects strategy to practical enablement outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Align to corporate OKRs and execute regional initiatives
  • Contribute to GTM Enablement strategy with scalability as a priority
  • Advise on evaluation criteria to drive business imperatives
  • Gather feedback to iterate enablement strategy
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with regional leadership and ICs
  • Liaise between sales and Enablement teams to execute strategy
  • Develop and deliver content for ongoing training programs
  • Coach in-region educational content for managers and ICs
  • Support managers in pipeline management, account planning, and sales coaching
  • Conduct 1:1 and manager-led forecast training
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge gaps
  • Set annual learning objectives with sales leadership
  • Collaborate with other departments on product/process updates
  • Establish formal networks for functional initiatives
  • Advise on strategy to coordinate unique cross-functional work
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key requirements

  • Bachelor
  • 7+ years in a high-performance SaaS sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • 7+ years people manager experience
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including content, tools and training
  • Ability to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
