The GTM Enablement Team provides customer-facing leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader field enablement team, the Senior Regional Enablement Manager - EMEA will develop and execute impactful, data-driven enablement and readiness solutions for transforming the customer engagement process, sales messaging, sales tools and other specialized content within the region. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions in driving behavioral change and business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid eligible)Responsibilities: Align to our corporate OKRs by building out execution processes accordingly in each of the GEOsExecute in-region initiatives that drive business imperatives Contribute to the vision for the GTM Enablement organisation strategy, keeping business needs and opportunities and scalability as key prioritiesAdvise on methods and techniques to establish successful evaluation criteria of enablement programs/initiatives to drive Smartsheet business imperativesGather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategyDetermine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholdersCommunicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholdersBuild a trusted relationship with regional leadership, managers and IC'sServe as a liaison between sales and other Enablement team members to execute on Enablement GTM strategyDevelop, in conjunction with the Knowledge Manager team, and deliver content for ongoing training programs Identify and coach to in region educational content for ongoing training for managers and ICsHelp managers effectively manage their teams pipeline through pipeline management, account planning and sales process coaching 1:1 and in manager-led forecast meetings as well as deliver necessary ongoing training in these areas. Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales teamSet annual learning and development objectives for the sales teams in collaboration with sales leadershipCollaborate with other departments in order to provide information to sales teams on product, process, and other changes/updates that may affect the sales team as part of ongoing training & preparedness. Establish formal networks to drive functional business initiativesAdvises on strategy to accomplish unique works and coordinates the activities to implement with sales teamsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills: Bachelor's degree7+ years experience in a high-performance SaaS sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development 7+ years people manager experienceA strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and trainingAble to build internal relationships with sales and marketingAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently. Must be able to provide leadership in a virtual team environment. Ability to manage cross functional teams/projects.
