Overview: We seek a dynamic Account Executive to join our remote sales team. This role is perfect for individuals experienced in managing a high call volume, with exceptional organizational skills, and excel at delivering persuasive presentations. You will drive our sales efforts and contribute to our company’s growth. **THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION** MUST ENJOY COLD CALLING Please note this is a 100% commission based role with earnings upto $100k, there is no base salary. Compensation: An OTE of $100,000 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound efforts (call, text, email) each day to Real Estate brokerage companies in Canada and USA Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule information sessions Collaborate with your team on improving prospecting strategies Build relationships with prospective clients Create an achievable sales plan and implement the plan with vigor Must be great with client communication, follow-ups, and providing client support Lead negotiations, address objections, and guide clients through the sales process to successfully close high-ticket deals Ability to present to individuals or small groups with confidence and flair Analytical, logical, and multitasking skills are a bonus Expected to make 80 phone calls per day, generate 40 meetings per month, and close 4 new customer minimum per month Qualifications: Proven success in high-volume call environments, preferably in the Real estate Technology or related industry. Exceptional organizational skills, including lead management and recordkeeping. Outstanding presentation abilities, with the confidence and charisma to engage and persuade clients effectively. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
