The Channel Marketing Manager EMEA supports the growth of Opengear’s reseller and distributor ecosystem by executing partner marketing activities, coordinating regional campaigns, and supporting partner-led events across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role reduces operational workload on EMEA Marketing and ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of localized channel programs across priority markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a channel marketer eager to drive growth and expand Opengear’s brand presence across a diverse region. You will support major distributor relationships, deliver regionalized campaigns, and coordinate partner events while contributing directly to Opengear’s growth targets.
What You Will Do- Execute quarterly co-marketing campaigns with key EMEA distributors
- Localize global ABM, demand-generation, and partner toolkits for regional markets
- Support partner and end-user events across EMEA, including regional showcases and distributor-led seminars
- Serve as a marketing point of contact for regional distributors and Tier-1 resellers
- Maintain updated collateral, partner kits, and enablement materials for regional teams
- Track and report partner participation, campaign results, and MDF-supported activities
- Ensure all EMEA marketing execution aligns with Opengear branding and quality standards
- 5+ years of B2B or channel marketing experience (technology preferred)
- Strong execution skills across campaigns, events, and partner enablement
- Experience supporting distributors or resellers in EMEA
- Strong project management and communication abilities
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple countries and time zones
- High attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in networking, IT operations, cybersecurity, or related fields
- Familiarity with MDF processes and partner co-marketing frameworks
- Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is £50,000 – £70,000. Pay ranges are determined by role and job level. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several German geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate’s relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location.
