Want to lead creator campaigns for some of the world’s best brands? Smarts Creator Hub is looking for a Senior Creator Consultant to come and lead the way we work with creators and influencers. Based in our London office, this is a role for someone who's already living and breathing the creator economy, the platforms, the talent, the trends, the deals, and wants to bring that energy to an agency that genuinely backs bold, brave ideas.

If you get a kick out of spotting the creator collab everyone else missed, and you're ready to be the person clients turn to for the smart call, we want to talk to you.

Who you are

  • You're not new to this. You lead campaigns, not just tasks.
  • Clients trust you. Junior colleagues learn from you.
  • When a brief needs pushing back on, you're the one brave enough to say, 'there's a better way' and confident enough to sell that idea in the room.
  • You’ve got a genuine feel for the creator space: how the platforms work, how talent gets found and signed, how deals get structured, and how to prove a campaign actually worked.
  • You don't just know this stuff, you use it, on every brief, every time.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning creator campaigns start to finish — talent strategy, content, evaluation, no detail left to chance.
  • Being the trusted voice clients call first — reliable, sharp, and always a step ahead of the problem.
  • Shaping the work, not just running it — bringing real creative and strategic thinking to the table.
  • Managing budgets and fees like a pro — negotiating hard, tracking spend, flagging issues before they bite.
  • Building relationships that matter — with creator agents, talent partners and platform contacts who open doors.
  • Mentoring the next generation — feedback that's honest, kind, and actually helps people grow.
  • Getting involved in new business — helping Creator Hub win the clients everyone wants a piece of.
  • Staying plugged into culture — new platforms, new talent, what's landing and what's dying on arrival.

The Smarts bit

We’re Infectiously Curious, Unusually Brave, and Relentlessly Committed and we actually mean it. In this role, that looks like challenging the obvious approach, pushing for braver ideas, and being generous with what you know so the whole team levels up, not just you.

Why you'll love it here

  • Real ownership of campaigns you can be genuinely proud of.
  • Becoming the go-to expert clients rely on, not just another name on the account.
  • A seat at the table for the creative and strategic thinking, not just the execution.
  • A front-row seat in new business pitches for exciting new clients.
  • Full immersion in creator culture as your day job (platforms, talent, trends, all of it).
  • The chance to mentor and grow junior talent.
  • A genuinely collaborative agency environment, working across teams on integrated campaigns.
