Role Profile:
We are expanding our team in Scotland and are hiring for a Senior Account/Communications Executive to assist with managing integrated, cross-channel campaigns for Scottish, UK & global clients.
As a Senior Account/Communications Executive, you are passionate about what you do, resourceful and keen to take responsibility in managing and delivering outstanding work.
We’re looking for someone with an enviable network of contacts and connections across earned media, influencers and content creators. You’ll be used to managing culturally relevant, and often culturally sensitive, campaigns that drive talkability, with big ideas and creative thinking, exceptional attention to detail and proven end to end delivery. Experience working on FMCG brands and / or behaviour change campaigns is desirable.
You're in regular contact with clients, other agencies and suppliers, so you thrive on fostering and maintaining great relationships. You're extremely organised and confident to use your own initiative to see a job through to completion.
You’re flexible, working across a range of teams, projects and communications channels to help deliver content that tells brand stories with flair and helps drive behaviour change with cultural insight, sensitivity and compassion.
Skills for success in this role:
- You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Helping to find simple solutions; to all kinds of briefs and challenges – be that a brand or a public sector campaign
- Being a team player; particularly in delegating tasks to junior members, briefing them clearly and effectively, and supporting them in seeing work through to completion.
- Fostering strong and meaningful relationships; from clients to media and colleagues.
- Really understanding a client’s world; their context, risks and opportunities.
- Going the extra mile; you’re constantly thinking ahead and using your own initiative to find new opportunities that bolster client projects and our reputation.
