Love the creator economy and managing exciting influencer projects? Smarts Creator Hub is looking for a Creator Manager to join our award-winning team working with creators and influencers. This is a role for someone who's genuinely passionate about the creator space and ready to take real ownership of the campaigns and client relationships that sit within their remit.

If you're the kind of person who builds brilliant relationships, sweats the details, and is always looking for the smarter way to do things, we want to hear from you.

Who you are

  • You're growing in independence, confident enough to see a job through on your own initiative, and ready to take real ownership of the day-to-day client relationships and campaigns that are yours to run.
  • You're also starting to develop others, delegating clearly to junior colleagues and helping them do work they're proud of.
  • You know the creator landscape: the platforms, the talent, the trends, the contract norms, the measurement tools.
  • You bring that knowledge to every brief, always looking for ways to do it better, go further, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing campaigns day-to-day, with senior oversight — briefing, contracting, content approvals and evaluation from start to finish.
  • Being the client's go-to contact for progress and timings, with confident, well-informed updates.
  • Negotiating fair rates with creators and talent, balancing client value with business profitability.
  • Tracking budgets with real accuracy — monitoring costs, flagging variances before they become problems.
  • Building relationships that last — with creators, agents and talent partners, always timely, fair and well-managed.
  • Supporting junior team members through clear delegation, positive mentorship and encouraging leadership.
  • Getting involved in new business — research, insights, ideas and pitch support with a creator marketing lens.
  • Finding new ways to prove the value of creator campaigns through compelling evaluation and reporting.

The Smarts bit

We're Infectiously Curious, Unusually Brave, and Relentlessly Committed and we actually mean it. In this role, that looks like showing genuine enthusiasm for the team's ambition and pushing your own knowledge further by learning from everyone around you.

Why you'll love it here

  • Genuine immersion in creator culture, the talent, the trends, the platforms, all of it, as your day job.
  • Working in an award-winning specialist team, building the relationships that make exceptional campaigns happen.
  • Real ownership of key campaign activities, you'll be accountable for making big ideas happen.
  • Supporting the growth of junior team members through mentorship and clear, encouraging leadership.
  • The chance to get creative with how you prove the value of creator marketing to clients.
  • A genuinely collaborative team culture.
