Smarts is looking for a Midweight Designer to join our D&AD Pencil-winning creative team, based in our Belfast office.
If you're a talented graphic designer with strong social craft, a sharp eye for typography and layout, and a portfolio that proves it, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing standout content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
- Creating engaging visuals and motion for social, from static assets to Reels
- Applying brand systems and visual identity imaginatively across formats
- Working in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Premiere Pro and CapCut
- Turning briefs into brilliant ideas, fast
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years' experience as a graphic designer
- A beautiful portfolio with strong social craft and solid design fundamentals
- Deep knowledge of platform best practice and what drives visual engagement
- Versatility, equally at home on a social carousel, a deck or a print piece
- Genuine curiosity about creator and brand-led content, and social trends
