About the Role
We have a unique opportunity for a Creator Manager to join our team and work on some of our most exciting accounts. You will be part of the specialist award‑winning Creator Hub, helping to deliver co‑created content that uses creators in clever and innovative ways. You are exceptional at fostering great relationships through regular and positive contact with agents, creators and clients, extremely organised, resourceful and ready to take responsibility for delivering and managing multiple creator campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- New business: Identify opportunities across our portfolio of services and refer them to specialist leads. Support new business pitches with a focus on creator marketing – from research through to input into plans. Monitor for new business opportunities and bring them to the attention of senior colleagues. Spot up‑selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Client: Lead creator campaigns and projects with senior oversight, ensuring flawless execution of day‑to‑day client activities from briefing, contracting, content approvals to evaluation. Advise on new approaches, ideas and creators that deliver results beyond expectations and challenge the norm. Support senior team members in taking and responding to new client briefs relating to creator marketing. Show excellent understanding of how creators drive results and conversations for clients. Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for clients, providing key campaign updates and timings.
- Communication: Immerse yourself in the world of creators, continually fostering new relationships with key players such as creators or agents. Communicate clearly with junior and senior members of Creator Hub, setting deadlines, ideas and constructive feedback. Add positive value internally and externally, contributing confidently to presentations and meetings and rationalising your views. Communicate ideas or approaches to clients and internal stakeholders regarding creator marketing.
- Planning: Use your project management skills to ensure you and your team manage campaign elements to the highest standards. Maintain meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple campaigns with excellent planning and forecasting to meet deadlines and maintain top quality. Demonstrate early strategic thinking in creator‑led marketing. Research, plan and develop creator campaigns, driving them forward alongside senior team members. Collate and measure campaign outputs, finding innovative ways to showcase evaluations, including use of influencer industry tools like Klear.
About You
Experience & Expertise: At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, with exposure to mid‑weight operations. Strong understanding of earned media, content creation and talent/influencer partnerships. Proven track record of shaping and supporting influencer strategy and campaign development across channels.
Skills & Attributes: Foster strong, meaningful relationships with creators, agents, clients and colleagues. Meticulous attention to detail and confident use of excellent project management to juggle multiple campaigns, clients and briefs simultaneously. Collaborate as part of a growing specialist team, delegating tasks to junior members, briefing them clearly and supporting them through completion. Deep understanding of the creator economy – industry, key players, trends and clients’ needs and objectives.
