About the Role: Communications Director (Digital/Social)
We have a unique opportunity for a Communications Director to join our team and work on some of our most exciting accounts including the Diageo portfolio.
An expert in digital communications strategy & content, they will have a track record of leading a digital content production team to deliver stand-out work and results. Demonstrating the ability to review digital performance and identify clear insights and actions to optimise performance. An integral part of the team, they will work alongside senior leads to build a deep and trusted partnership with clients.
Constantly striving to achieve bigger, better, more creative campaigns and results for clients that help grow fame and reputation for them and us.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading digital content production team to deliver against strategy and achieve KPIs.
- Managing the delivery of a multi-channel digital comms plans across global markets.
- Supporting global comms teams to the deliver digital comms strategy in different global markets and achieve KPIs.
- Line managing an ambitious team.
About you
We are looking for someone with over 6 years of experience, someone with a can-do attitude who is curious and committed.
Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of digital content strategy and production
- Experience working on global brands
- Experience working along global team to deliver strategy/campaign and achieve results. Experience using GA4 & other analytics tools
- Knowledge of social & newsletter strategy
- Knowledge of SEO strategy and implementation
