SmartResilience is a climate adaptation SaaS company helping global organisations quantify and reduce physical climate risks across their operations and supply chains. While many organisations focus on disclosure frameworks such as TCFD, we help them move beyond reporting toward practical, engineered resilience. Our platform combines climate science, geospatial modelling and adaptation planning to support real-world decision-making.

We are now strengthening our commercial team with a Sales Specialist who believes climate resilience is not just a compliance exercise — but a strategic business priority. You will engage senior leaders across Sustainability, ESG, Risk, Operations and Supply Chain to help them shift from disclosure-driven conversations to long-term resilience planning. This is a consultative, insight-led role — not transactional sales.

  • Qualify and nurture high-quality pipeline
  • Support commercial proposals and strategic account development
