We are now looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our pipeline and connect forward-thinking organisations with our platform at a pivotal moment for climate resilience.
As an SDR at SmartResilience, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — researching targets, sparking conversations and qualifying opportunities for the commercial team. This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role ideal for someone early in their career who is genuinely motivated by sustainability and wants to develop serious commercial skills in a growing climate-tech company.
- Research and identify enterprise prospects across priority sectors including food, healthcare, retail and real estate
- Execute thoughtful outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email and events
- Engage sustainability, ESG, risk and operations stakeholders to open conversations
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity tracking in CRM
- Develop working knowledge of TCFD, physical climate risk and emerging sustainability regulation
- Use sector intelligence to personalise outreach and demonstrate relevance
- Monitor climate, ESG and regulatory trends to inform prospecting strategy
- Share prospect feedback and market signals with the commercial and product teams
- Support the preparation of outreach campaigns, messaging tests and event follow-up
