The Role
You will engage senior leaders across Sustainability, ESG, Risk, Operations and Supply Chain to help them shift from disclosure-driven conversations to long-term resilience planning. This is a consultative, insight-led role β not transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects across priority sectors
- Build thoughtful outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email and events
- Qualify and nurture high-quality pipeline
- Support commercial proposals and strategic account development
- Work closely with leadership to convert enterprise opportunities
- Market Awareness & Thought Leadership
- Develop strong knowledge of TCFD, TNFD and emerging sustainability regulation
- Help position SmartResilience as part of the evolution beyond TCFD β from reporting risk to reducing it
- Track climate, nature and sustainable finance trends shaping board-level priorities
- Gather structured client feedback and share insights with the product team
- Contribute to refining messaging and market positioning
- Strategic Contribution
- Represent SmartResilience at industry forums and roundtables
- Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement
- Strengthen our reputation as a credible, science-led climate adaptation partner
