Wilson's Manchester is currently hiring for a Supervisor!
Wilson's is a well established venue in a prime Northern Quarter location. This is a hands on role, predominantly evenings and weekend availability is a must.
Key responsibilities
- Lead shifts and manage the bar
- Deliver high standards of guest service
- Support with daily operations
- Cocktail preparation, training, and menu development
- Stock control and maintaining venue standards
- Team leadership and training
- Deliver on weekly events, large group bookings & private hires
- What we’re looking for
- Experience in a similar, high volume venue
- Organised, reliable & leads from the front
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Understands GP, wastage, labour & varying other controls
