What will your duties be?
- Welcome our guests at the hostel, providing assistance and information, as well as performing administrative and commercial tasks according to your position.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, and assign rooms/apartments to guests.
- Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay.
- Perform customer invoicing.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, reporting to your supervisor for resolution.
- Manage and audit work performed throughout the day.
- Support during events and brand experience strategies, ensuring a seamless guest experience and reinforcing brand identity.
What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
- Advanced level of English
- Other languages will be valued
- Multi-tasking and organisational capability
