What will you do?

  • Participate in the check-in/check-out functions of the guests, keeping the registration information correctly and assigning them their room/apartment.
  • Help with guest billing, as well as develop administrative and business functions in line with your job.
  • Be a source of information for guests on various topics such as advice on plans to do in the city, recommendations of restaurants, or means of transport.
  • Satisfy the requests of the guests, providing advance solutions that are unique and personal, and attend to their complaints and claims, informing the superior to solve them.
  • Answer requests received by phone and/or email regarding the stay, reservations, or external partners who want to contact the team.
  • Show empathy and initiative in relation to the needs of the customers.
  • Assist other departments if needed.

What do we look for?

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position.
  • Management of hotel and reservations PMS.
  • High level of English; other languages will be valued.
