What will you do:
- Inspect buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and plugs, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.).
- Assist in the installation of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, as well as make repairs when necessary.
- Maintain heating and plumbing to ensure functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when necessary.
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.).
- Perform pest control activities, such as spraying with insecticide.
- Perform general maintenance procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other assigned tasks (painting, carpentry, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and ensure that they are followed.
What do we look for:
- Demonstrable experience as a maintenance technician.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
- Knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes.
- Professional knowledge of tools, as well as common devices and appliances.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and strength with willingness to work overtime.
- Possession of a certificate in air conditioning systems, building maintenance technology, or in a related field will be a value.
- Possession of a certificate of maintenance and professional seriousness will be valuable.
