What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with other product managers, engineering, and designers to contribute to a cross-functional roadmap and define feature requirements for AI-enabled and workflow-driven product experiences.
- Partner with your product triad to drive product discovery, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility.
- Help define success metrics and support the team in delivering measurable customer outcomes.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to support messaging, positioning, and launch readiness for new features.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate ideas, and inform product decisions.
- Represent your product area in cross-functional discussions and communicate progress, tradeoffs, and priorities clearly.
- Support delivery of complex initiatives by identifying dependencies (including legal, ethical and privacy implications) and coordinating with partner teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in product management with strong foundational skills; preferably experience with engaging, user-centric digital products.
- Good understanding of UX principles and modern product discovery practices.
- Ability to create prototypes and low fidelity mock-ups to demonstrate your ideas and gather feedback.
- Ability to interpret user behavior and leverage data and conversion metrics to inform decisions.
- Strong systems thinking, with an ability to anticipate complexity, downstream impacts and potential trade-offs.
- General exposure to or interest in AI-powered products, including generative AI or intelligent automation, with a willingness to learn more.
- Clear, effective communication skills, with the ability to explain product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative attitude and aspiration to be a thoughtful, reliable teammate.
