We're looking for a highly organised and technically fluent Delivery Quality and Governance Manager to oversee the scoping and delivery quality standards for Attrax, SmartRecruiters' enterprise-grade career site and content experience platform. The Delivery Quality Manager will coordinate requirements and quality assurance across engineering and design teams to ensure that complex career site delivery projects are scoped accurately, scheduled appropriately, delivered efficiently, and continuously improved over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery ecosystem for Attrax implementations, managing intake and prioritisation to ensure every project moves smoothly from scoping through go-live.
- Ensure that all implementation and managed services delivery teams' scope of work is being delivered to SmartRecruiters and customer quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery workflows, documentation, and templates to increase efficiency and predictability.
- Identify recurring delivery challenges and work cross-functionally to drive systemic improvements.
- Collaborate with the Services Sales and Solution Consulting teams to ensure opportunities are scoped realistically and aligned to current delivery capabilities.
- Support the creation and review of Statements of Work (SOWs) and implementation timelines to reduce delivery risk.
- Act as the bridge between pre-sales and delivery, helping to establish appropriate expectations and documenting non-standard requirements that require special handling.
- Provide early input on deals to flag risks around complexity, integrations, or design constraints.
- Ensure that customer designs and career site goals are achievable, flagging risks and adjustments where needed.
- Participate in forecast and pipeline reviews to inform capacity planning.
- Act as the central liaison between Attrax Engineering and Attrax Delivery Leadership.
- Lead weekly syncs to align on-site build quality and progress.
- Support Attrax enablement by embedding best practices and sharing learnings across the network.
- Ensure delivery teams and engineering teams adhere to quality standards and that project readiness criteria are met before key handoffs.
- Understand and manage dependencies across UX and design, front-end workflows (HTML, CSS, CMS configuration), and back-end integration workflows (API data flows).
- Collaborate with engineering leads to track and resolve defects logged in BugHerd and Jira, ensuring they align with testing and launch timelines.
- Document and codify recurring technical or process issues to feed into continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor adherence to scope and SOW definitions, partnering with DSMs and project leads to address scope creep early.
- Be the final internal sign-off before site launches to ensure the scope defined is delivered without discrepancies.
- Support consistent quality assurance practices, ensuring deliverables meet technical and design standards.
- Champion a culture of learning by capturing lessons learned and applying them to improve tools, templates, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management for enterprise digital, CMS, or SaaS implementations.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end delivery workflows (HTML, CMS configuration, API integrations).
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including engineering, design, and delivery.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar systems for tracking sprints, tasks, and dependencies.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and align a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience improving delivery processes and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Preferred Experience in career site, SEO, or digital content management delivery.
- Familiarity with partner-led implementation models or system integrator frameworks.
- Exposure to multi-language or multi-site deployments.
