Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our team in Woodstock, OX20 1LP.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Catering Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our catering operation. What you'll be doing

• Supporting the management team with the daily operation of the catering service
• Supervising and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensuring food is prepared, displayed, and served to the highest standards
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
• Supporting the training and development of catering team members
• Handling customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Assisting with cash handling and daily administration duties as required
• Ensuring the catering areas remain clean, safe, and well-presented

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• Previous experience within a catering, hospitality, or food service environment
• Experience supervising or leading a team is desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
