Job Description
We currently have permanent opportunities for a Classroom Trainer to join our Training team in Willand, Devon.
- The shift pattern is:Monday - Friday
- The shift time is8:00am-17:00pm
- The rate of pay is£14.31per hour
Your Main responsibilities as a Classroom Trainer are the following:
- Deliver soft landing inductions in food safety, health and safety to all new starters
- Deliver 3 yearly refreshers
- Train out yearly refreshers
- Deliver yearly toolbox talks
Qualifications
As a Classroom Trainer,you will have a passion for delivering high standards within your job role. You will be prepared to learn and work well in a busy, fast paced environment. You'll need:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good level of English both Reading and writing
- Adaptable to change
- Effective communication
- Positive "can do" attitude
- GCSE grade C or above
- Train the trainer
- Level 3 food safety
