DPD is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our depot operations management team. You will work closely with our self employed Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers, building strong relationships and keeping the drivers engaged, well managed and motivated to ensure outstanding service.
In this role you will manage key accountabilities including depot targets, SPR, route setup, ensuring drivers scan and load vans safely, and maintaining clear communication to resolve issues.
