The AA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Personal Injury and Large Loss claims functions. You will drive operational delivery, continuous improvement and transformation across service, governance and customer outcomes.
You will report to the Head of Claims Operations, build leadership capability, manage a small portfolio of complex claims and influence senior stakeholders across Claims, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Customer functions.
