Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service standards across our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team delivering exceptional service and driving standards daily.
You will take bets, process transactions, demonstrate products and terminals, and resolve customer concerns with empathy. The role includes a typical 20-hour weekly rota and shifts from 8am to 10pm depending on location.
