DPD is seeking an experienced Shift Manager at our Reading depot to strengthen the operations management team. You will work closely with Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers, keeping them engaged, well managed and motivated to ensure outstanding service is delivered.
You will lead depot KPI delivery, from routes and stops per route to driver safety and documentation, with a focus on efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
