Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking a Speech and Language Assistant Practitioner for a part-time 30-hour week (NHS Band 4). Based at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, you will work under supervision of qualified Speech and Language Therapists to implement swallowing and communication care plans, and provide admin support.
You will create therapy tools, support training of staff, maintain case notes, and participate in audits and governance.
