- Have a minimum of 15 years experience in managing developments and volume house sales
- Track record of identifying, planning and delivering medium to large housing developments
- Understand the planning process and be proficient at achieving planning
- Experience of managing sales team to achieve sales turnover
- Proficient at financial planning with a track record of delivering profitable development projects
- Have a driving licence and be happy to travel
- Be a self starter
