Job Description
We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity foranOperations Administrator to join our friendly team in Bardon on a full time permanent basis.
Salary:£29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.
As anOperations Administrator you will workclosely with the Site General Manager at Bardon, the Operations Administrator role is to report the site’s daily performance, weekly site results and be the first point of contact for all invoicing queries.
Key Duties of anOperations Administrator:
- Work closely with GM and CAM to report sites daily performance.
- Collateand reportall invoicing data to IPS accounts.
- Validateweekly supplier’s charges and raisePOs.
- Ensure that all reports show accurate and up to date information.
- Be the primary contact for customers for all financial queries.
- Collate daily and weekly reports of operational KPIs and sharewith major stakeholders.
- Collatewarehouse, transport and production forecasting and reportto stakeholders.
- Manage ASN and masterdata.
- Compilemonthly and weekly payroll reports.
- Workclosely with agencies to ensure payroll is accurate for all staff members.
Qualifications
- Advanced Level Spreadsheet skills and problem analysis.
- Ability to work using own initiative and ability to manage own workload.
- Logical approach to problem solving and data seen.
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
