Ingeus is seeking a Personal Wellbeing Mentor to support individuals transitioning from prison or on community orders. You will work from local probation offices, helping access healthcare, social groups, and appointments while coordinating with probation and external services.
You’ll manage a caseload with proactive planning, record keeping, and collaborative problem solving to help service users progress and re-engage with the community.
