We are now recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join us at Great Bear Milton Keynes on a permanent and full time basis.
Shift: 4 on 4off Nights, 18:00 - 06:00am.
Salary: £28,568.84 per annum (this includes a 4o4o allowance of £1.267 per hour & Night Allowance of £0.50 per hour)
- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
- Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
- Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
- Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
- Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
- Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment
- PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment.
- Expected to operate all MHE required to deliver operational requirements both current and future
- Must possess a reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning
- Attention to detail and accuracy
