Octopus Ventures seeks a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support investment activities. Reporting to the Lead Venture Legal Counsel, you will lead investment transactions, support portfolio company matters and exits, and manage external counsel to scale legal delivery across Ventures.
You'll collaborate with investment professionals and founders, provide pragmatic advice, and help implement AI tools and efficient processes within the OI Legal function.
